TERRIBLE AND DAMAGING TO PAINT

Purchase 4 rolls from Canadian Tire with all #’s matching from the same dye lot. Washed walls day before application. Applied wallpaper which was a nightmare to try and match. Took hours and hours of trying to match and apply . Trying to readjust which is supposedly easy took patches of paint along with it. So disgruntled at the false impression of the ease of installing. I have successfully installed many rolls of wallpaper and never encountered such issues when installing. NOW…I finally take the time to look at it again only to see that the dye lots DO NOT match!! It looks like garbage! Months later and over $200. spent, walls damaged and now the paper is falling off at the corners!! Enough said. I am requesting a FULL refund please.

Poor representation of grass cloth.

Granted this is peel and stick wallpaper but I was expecting something a bit better from York. This grass cloth wallpaper looked as if someone took a photo and copied it onto peel and stick plain wallpaper. Pretty awful. I would never hang this product.

Did you check that all rolls were from the same lot?
Wallpapers are assigned lots in production as there are variances from batch to batch. For this reason, our instructions include the task of checking all lots prior to installation to ensure that they match.
