Q: Can you use these to raise a bow of a boat up off trailer by turning the screw handles or are they just meant to stabilize ?
4 years agoA: I think they are really intended to stabilize a load. Not sure that they would provide the strength needed to raise a boat off a trailer. I suppose that would depend on how big and heavy the boat is.

9 years agoA: These adjust using a threaded rod. You can raise and lower by spinning the handle.

Q: How much weight can these support? Separately &/or together as a pair?
13 years agoA: Each cast aluminum jack supports up to 6000 pounds. Extends to 17".
