Q: Under features, Canadian Tire's website says "Does not contain Zinc or Phosphorous" On Rislone's website, for the same product, Rislone says "Real ZDDP Zinc. Not a Substitute" Does this product contain zinc and phosphorous or does it not?
4 years agoA: the ingredients on the container says contains petroleum oils and zinc dialkyldiophosphate, used it in my 85 corvette for several years, no problems yet

Q: what is total parts per million zinc count per bottle? How many mil per bottle? Is this one treatment per oil change?
10 years agoA: Thanks for the question. Our Zinc Replacement Additive is a 355ml bottle. On bottle treats any 4 to 6 liter crankcase and needs to be used with every oil change. Our product is a synthetic version of Zinc or ZDDP which actually provides twice the anti-wear protection as compared to oils that previously contained between 1200 -1600 PPM of ZDDP (which was a standard level found in oils that used to contain ZDDP). So a direct comparison of PPM doesn't really apply with our product. Use it with confidence...we've been selling this product for about 7 years with nothing but great results and complete protection for classic flat tappet cam designs.
