Bad quality, leaks fuel

Doesn’t ignite properly , there’s no actual gauge to adjust the pressure so it makes a bad combustion and leaks diesel while trying to ignite , parts are expensive and comes from the United States , you can find a better unit for cheaper. Look for a better know brand.
Returned and got money back and got a different brand working with no issue.

Out of the box, not working, Canadian Tire doesn’t do exchange or return, vendor can only send you parts to fix yourself but won’t replace, best part is don’t down which part is not working……….

Horrable product even worse customer service

Did not last 2 weeks on the garage and it broke. Called customer service they were very unprofessional, forced to fix the unit myself with some gydance over the phone. They sent out parts they thought might fix it and they showed up broken called back and they wanted to stsrt from square one again instead of sending out the correct parts in good condition. It's been 9 months back n forth emails and phone calls and still no resolve.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Kerosene/diesel heater.

Bought this heater cause it says it can used with diesel fuel. Ends up when it's colder than -15 C, it won't run unless you cut the fuel with kerosene, 40/60 (kerosene/fuel) percent which is expensive when you run it for hours to warm up
equipment.

complete junk right out of the box. Had to go buy different set up. when I bought it I was not told I could not take it back. and remington will not give me my money back. canadian tire says they won't take it back either.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Selon moi, cet appareil fonctionne très bien avec du kérosène, diesel régulier ou premium (disponible dans certains garages) mazout à fournaise #1 et #2 et au diesel agricole. Un de mes beaux frères a déjà utilisé souvent du diesel agricole dans un appareil semblable. Selon le produit utilisé, la senteur varie ainsi que les émanations de CO2. Très important de respecter les critères d’aération !!! Informations données sous toutes réserves.

A: I had that last weekend - it doesn’t seem to want to fire up when it’s really cold, which is less than ideal for a heater. I warmed it up with a space heater for a little while and then it started. Put a rag under the front because mine dripped raw fuel out until it got really warm.
