Remington heater

Didn’t work properly out of the box. Do not return to the store policy was not disclosed until after purchase. Have to order part from the manufacturer and fix my brand new heater personally. Would not buy this brand

Leaking hose / poor support

I bought this on Dec 18, 2024 , At checkout I was told I cannot return it to the store any issues call manufacturer, So first day I find fuel line leak bad enough I can smell it, I called warranty, they send me the wrong hose and regulator. I contact them again, They respond with an email saying we sent you the replacement part already , after a few back and forth E-mails I'm ignored, I went back to CTC who would not take it back, So I called warranty again to get a different person who finally ships the proper hose. At this point 1 month has gone by and I haven't been able to use this heater, Finally get it turned on to find the heater control knob is broken, It had a manufacturer date code 2021 , I bought Dec 2024. the entire purchase I regret , Yes it blows good heat but also creates a huge amount of condensation, No I do not recommend this.

J’ai acheté ce chauffage ai propane il y a 2 jour. L’allumeur ne fonctionne pas. Je retourne chez Canadian tire et ils m’ont dit de contacter le fabricant que canadian tire ne pouvait rien faire. Et après les commerçant locaux se demandent pourquoi les consommateurs achètent en ligne. Mais surtout pas chez Canadian Tire

A: This purchase was over a year ago it is a heater that is fueled by propane and forced air is by fan and is electrically controlled. It works well.
