Q: 2 questions: 1) Size (diameter)? 50 feet x __________inches? 2) 'Marine' means it floats. IS IT? floating rope?? #this is very important for marine applications - it MUST be specified to be 'floating' rope#.

A: 1) 3/8" 2)This particular rope is manufactured from multifilament polypropylene which is a floating material. In marine applications, there are floating (polypropylene) and non-floating (Nylon or Polyester) ropes depending on application.
