Worked great but less than 2 weeks the top 4 inches snapped off just by being placed on a bench. Returned it with no issue.

Good starter or kids rod. Easy cast

Rod is good for an older kid or novice fisher. I cast with it sometimes and it’s held up to some large mouth bass. Haven’t caught anything bigger than 4lbs on it, so I don’t know the strength of the line. It says 14lbs, I doubt it..
