The birds are mostly wasting most of the food, they eat very little of the mix and throw out the rest. Even the squirrels aren't eating what falls to the ground.

A Good Basic Mix

I use this mix in conjunction with black oil sunflower seeds and peanuts to make a birde food blend that attracts a wide range of birds from the smallest, like red-breasted Nuthatches, to large ones, like Blue Jays.
