Poor quality, poor customer service, disappointed

I am a long term loyal customer of Canadian Tire because of the quality of the products. but this time, I bought this set and realized after using it 3 times that it's not very sturdy and the legs design is very poor. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of bean bags as well. After 8 days, I decided to return it to the same CT store where I bought this from. They refuse to take it unless I forcefully buy some other item of the same or higher value from the Sports section which I couldn't find. I even tried to buy 3 items to match it with equal value, but was rejected. Really disappointed with their customer service. I feel CT lacks empathy or understanding of customer needs
No, I do not recommend this product.

Les poches se vident car les sachets de...poudre de pierre??? (je sais pas trop ce que c'est) sont en plastique et brisent facilement et finissent par sortir de la poche qui elle, est en tissus mais fermée avec un velcro seulement afin de pouvoir sortir/allumer les lumières dans les poches. Ensuite, les poches laissent des traces de poudre sur le jeu et j'imagine qu'ils vont finir par se vider...

Q: Is this made out of a plastic or durable material that can be left outside?

A: No I wouldn't leave it outside in the elements. We really like it but the one drawback is the beads inside enclosed in plastic start to leak out after awhile from using it. The outside cover is material.

A: Hello I purchased this game for my residents at Arbour Lake Retirement. They love playing this game, I did not put any batteries in as the beanbags light up on their own when you toss it. I believe it takes double AA batteries for the platform that you throw the beanbags at. Hope you enjoy as much as our residents. Have a great summer Nancy

A: Hi Linds83, each board is 24 in. x 18 in. When standing, the front of the board is 2 in. off the ground and the back is 7 in. off the ground. Thanks!

A: Approximately 20 feet (7 metres) apart works well for adults. Alittle closer for kids. You play with soft bean bags so nobody should get hurt.

Q: I just bought this game. Can not for the life of me figure out how to turn the board on? I see the on/off button but it doesn’t come on. Can’t see where if any batteries would go??

A: Each board has 2 little switches that you push sideways and it light up the ring.Don’t know where batteries would go but I bought ours a few years ago and it still lights up. Also the bean bags light up. The switches are inside the bean bags.
