Good picture, poor sound

I was very pleased for the price what I got. The sound is tinny but not horrible. My only big complaint was finding a wall bracket that would work as there were only two screws to adhere to the bracket. I did find one that would work. I would recommend this product as I am very pleased.

TV Not Working, RCA Customer Support Useless

TV quit powering up less than a year after I bought it. Called customer support , did some quick trouble shooting and the person on the phone decided it needed to be repaired. All of the warranty centers in BC were 4 hours or more away from me. Told me I'd have to ship it to the warehouse in Ontario for repair and I was on the hook for the shipping. I told the rep. that the shipping would be worth more than the TV, so he told me to email customer support for more options. Called the US customer support number to find more help, They couldn't help me either and gave me a number to call that was disconnected. Called the original customer service back and asked for a supervisor, supervisor told me to write an email to the customer service department. Will never again buy any products with RCA or any Curtis International brands on it ever again. All of the Curtis brands have the same customer service number listed and I can expect the same level of service associated with them. You can sell something to everyone once.

No, I do not recommend this product.

bad sound

bought it on sale thought it was a good deal. good picture, but the sound was terrible. I tried all different setting but it was like listening through a tin can, not recommended. I returned it with no trouble. I bought a LG big difference

Good picture, bad sound

i set this up with the home theater and didn't care what the TV sounded like. The other day I turned on only the TV and used the TV speakers for the first time. Tinny and thin dreadful sound. I was surprised as usually TV speakers are good. Not these. They work but not nicely. I turned on the stereo. We got a good deal and the picture is nice. Everything works so it is hard to justify a return. Just a little disappointed with the speakers I never use.

No, I do not recommend this product.
