This TV is not easy to use.

We purchased this TV because it seemed to fit our needs as to size and because we have had good service with RCA TVs in the past. However, this one is very difficult to figure out. We are with Bell Fibe and it is very difficult to get that service on this TV. We managed it once, but the next time could not figure it out, and the path now seems to be missing. The streaming services we use work well with this, but not the regular Fibe channels. Very disappointing.

A: Hi Buddy - as shown in the photo the unit comes with the following APPS pre-installed: Prime, Netflix, YouTube, YouTube Kids, Facebook, Twitter, Miracast and Yahoo. There is no ability to install additional APPS. However the TV easily accommodates a streaming device (Firestick/Roku/Apple TV etc) plugged into an HDMI port for additional APPS and you can stream from a smart phone/tablet/PC that has APPS installed.

Q: Where is the Ethernet port? Bought this TV because it was advertised as Ethernet connectivity but it is not. Also there is barely any sound from the TV speakers even though the setting is on high, is there no regular volume control?

A: found a youtube video giving a sequence of buttons for reset to fix the sound problem - unfortunate that there is no ethernet as described - guess I picked the wrong box as "some" don't have ethernet
