Well built Hub-Drive E-Bike with the batteries concealed in the front tube. 5 levels of assist work well. Very poor tires, however, plan on swapping them out right away, mine blew out of the rim within a week.

A: yes the bike should come with a charger. please contact the store where you bought the bike to ask them for it. If they need to order one they can contact the vendor.

A: Yes it is, the battery is removable for replacement purposes through the bicycle head badge, it is recommended to see a a bicycle technician in regards to this.
