Warning: Do Not Buy

By the fourth ride the chain was jamming into the frame and caused a crash. Canadian Tire denied warranty and wanted $200 for a tune-up. This bike is unsafe, disposable junk — avoid it and buy from a real bike shop

No, I do not recommend this product.

Very bad quality l. Assembly wasn't good and neither was quality. Looks good but isn't. Bought it and as I rode home, chain came off twice. Took for a ride same night later during the day, chain came off and got stuck between sprocket and bicycle frame, I was a little away from house,.ao couldn't drag it back and had to knock on people's door to ask for wrench. And then I learned, Took it for apin next day but carried wrench with me, fair enough same think happened, chain came off and got stuck between sprocket and frame, I fixed it and rode it to CT to return. Additionally, wheels were not aligned, whenever I braked, wheels pulled to one side. Next day, went to local bicycle shop and both a great brand Trek, was almost same price but 20 times better.

Great bike for the price!!

I have had it for a week. Thus far, it has far beyond surpassed all my expectations! - FEW THINGS TO MENTION This bike is 100% NOT for people under 6'0. I stand at 5'10 and I have a foot of clearance from the ground at the lowest seat height. She LOVES to roll, once you get some speed you'll roll for a while, but will struggle climbing steep hills! I have some gear slips and some gears that wont want to work, specifically 4-5 on Gear 2. The amount of people that told me it's the biggest bike they have ever seen is no joke, it's massive and means business. The brakes are very, very hard. You need to apply some good amount of force to actually get 'em really stopping as full squeeze she was still rolling down the bridge I took it on. Careful when accelerating on the lower gears as their is enough torque to cause the back tire to start skidding before you actually accelerate, it through me off as this has never happened on any other bike I have owned. - It is very light, the frame and components altogether weighing only 20 lbs and is easy to carry up 5 flights of steps. The tires are really good with fantastic tread, however you wont be able to traverse heavier things like sand and WILL struggle with deeper mud. Suspension is amazing however you'll feel the deeper drops and decent. Overall, this bike is very worth the price and money.
