I bought last week this bike. It was discounted 200 less than srp so i bought it in the cashier. Then i noticed the bike front tire was wobbling, the front derraileur didnt engage when tried to use higher gear, rims not alligned. brake, derraileur lever not tightened. Cashier told me no return, no refund, no exchange just 1 year repair.

Poor finish quality THE WORST post sale support

I was hoping to get a quality product, but instead I got a bike that has rough finish details, and problems that Canadian tire is unable / unwilling to fix. Their personnel is not well trained in customer service, I had to ask apologies with the Bike mechanic, just because he was mad that I called him to understand what was wrong with my bicycle. I know I deserve this, because a friend told me NOT TO BUY at Canadian Tire, they are the worst.

Questions

1 - 3 of 3 Questions

Q: Would this bike be big enough for a male 6 feet tall?

2 Answers
  • A: Depends maybe on your leg length. I wear a pant leg of 30 long. Bike fits good. I think it would be ok for leg length of 32. At 34 you might want to go to a larger size.
