Well built, good design. Holds the Raleigh Quanta E-Bike securely and perfectly. Although not the best straps, nice that they are included. Easy to assemble.
A little wobble when installed into the vehicle's receiver, but typical.
Overall, great carrier.

Just assemble the rack and it was pretty simple. Rack is a bit heavier than our last rack and we've decided to leave it on the car for the summer so that will be interesting. Really like the quality of almost all of the rack. They dropped the ball with the lock they used for the rack itself it actually feels like a toy lock and key. I worry that one day we will be hacking of the lock to get our bikes off. Hopefully this wont happen but for the price it appears to be a great deal.

Picked up today, put it together. All went together nicely. Good quality. Only thing is is very shaky and jumpy when put into my 2" receiver. It will do but avoid bumpy bad roads.

Q: Question about carrying capacity: Write-up says 39 lbs per bike and 78 lbs overall but the “specs” only indicate the 78 lbs (total) limit… if someone wanted to use the carrier for a single, heavier bike (65-70 lbs), would that work?
