Q: Do they mount on each side of a rear bike rack

A: They do mount on each side of racks using metal clips. The bottom of the metal clip is closed and bends to open slightly ,only want to bend open ~1/4". The inner diameter of the clip is aprox ~1/2" the size of pinkie finger. If you bend too much the clips will snap pretty easily. I ended up snapping one on each and then snapped the res on purpose and filed metal clips off. Still use the bags to go but setting inside a separate larger basket. I think the only way you could use these as taking on and off is if your rear rack has close to 1/4" rails.

A: Yes they can. I mounted them on an EBike, Rad Canada with rear rack bracket already on the bike.

There's no instructions on what these bags are even supposed to mount to. Or where and they sit on the bike wide open so hopefully if you find a place to secure them nothing falls out.
