I bought my bike almost 2 years ago and recently I had 2 error codes pop up!I reached out to Noah at Overlord bike .The customer service was very very professional and courteous.I provided my receipt and he sent out a new Bafang engine to me.i must say the shipping was expedited within 48 hrs .after fixing the motor it was still giving error codes 21.was was the sensor cable .that also was shipped both items under warranty at no cost.the bike is a wonderful Machine.Thank you

Commuter for work

I’m using the bike to commute to work 50km round trip. Satisfied with the bike but only getting a range of 60 km as I need PAS 2 on the return trip due to wind and hills. Hence I need to charge it every day. I am doing about the same amount of work as my road bike but going 5km/hr faster for the most part. I like the bike and recommend it if on sale.

A: Yes the battery can easily be removed from the bike to be charged. You can also charge the battery on the bike if you choose. The bike comes with keys that lock the battery on the bike so it is secure when riding.

A: Tire spec is 40-65 psi. Lower pressure would give you a softer slower ride. Higher pressure would be a rougher, harder, but faster ride. Adjust according to terrain and preference.

A: It could be ridden on gravel and light trails, not made for mountain bike trails, however, always make sure to pay attention to weather and path conditions prior to riding.

Q: Frame says 48 cm. 1. Is it suitable to a185 lbs male who is 5’10” in height? 2. When I’m done with its 250w motor, can I replace it later with, say, a 500w one?

A: We would suggest speaking to the Department Manager of your local Canadian Tire store to find the bicycle that best suits your needs. We can not recommend any modifications be made to the motor on this bike.
