The Raleigh Encounter Hybrid Bike is the answer. This bike was designed as a Dual Sport bike to combine the features of a mountain bike with the efficiency of a hybrid. Hit the trails in the morning and ride home through the city in the afternoon. By merging the qualities of mountain and hybrid bikes together, the Encounter does it all, and does it well. The Encounter is built for performance with features like a Shimano EZ fire shifting system, alloy-crown suspension fork, alloy disc brakes and alloy double-wall rims. All these features paired with the lightweight aluminum frame, lightweight alloy crank and stem, gives you a lightweight performer that can do it all.

Poor assembly and not ideal customer service

Bike itself is fine. But when I asked customer service (when I went in to pick it up) to book a tune up, she said I couldn’t do one at that time. I’d have to take it home, ride it, then bring it back within 30 days. I already had to arrange a different vehicle for the pick up so I didn’t want to have to go back. And after I got home and went for the first ride, I realized the handle bars were installed crooked by whoever assembled it at the store. The overall service experience wasn't very good.
