This versatile water filter can be tailored to suit different needs, and can be installed on the main water line as a whole home sediment filter, or under the kitchen sink as a drinking water filter. Installed with a sediment filter cartridge, the FC005 removes dirt and rust particles from all tap water in the home, or install it under the sink with an activated carbon cartridge to reduce chlorine taste and odours from cold water. This easy-to-install water filter housing ensures cleaner, better tasting water for your family.
Pairs with multiple cartridge choices that are available (sold separately) for whole house or under-sink installation
Cartridge choices for whole house sediment filtration: 30 micron coarse pore cartridge (62-1039), or 5 micron fine pore cartridge (62-1037), or 1 micron extra fine pore cartridge (62-1026)
Cartridge choices for undersink filtration for great tasting drinking and cooking water: 62-1038 for chlorine reduction OR 62-1084 for chloramine/chlorine reduction

No wrench required - easy 1/8th turn bayonet closure allows effortless cartridge changes
