I’ve been purchasing this filter for over 10 years to manage the taste of our water we receive from the city. Last year I thought I would save some money and purchased a competitors product that turned out to be a mistake as our water had a chemical taste no matter how much we flushed the filter. The Rainfresh BC2 filter is much superior to the competitors filter as our water is clear with absolutely no aftertaste. The price may be high but our health is more important! I definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Q: Est-ce normal que le boitier soit difficile à ouvrir pour changer le filtre? Je veux changer mon filtre, c'est la première fois que nous le changeons, c'est nouveau. Le boitier est difficilement dévérouillable. Nous avons peur de casser le clé de plastique.
