Considering the price, a decent product for light loading purposes. The two rods that run across the middle of the ramp could be better, as when you tighten the nuts on either side, the channel starts to bend inward, and can't put nuts on the inner portion of rods. Also, the securing straps could be a better quality than what is supplied. Typical of offshore product, however, easily remedied.

Q: Would these work as a ramp into a shed? Shed door opening is about 12 to 14” above the ground and I need to get my riding lawn mower in & out. I don’t want a permanent ramp.

A: This product could work as a ramp into a shed which door opening is about 12 to 14 above the ground. A pair of this product's bearing capacity is 1000lb. Please make sure the riding lawn mower will not overload. This product comes with a strap so please find a place to tie it at the shed to make sure the ramp doesn't slip off.

Q: Hello! My question is. I find that when the ramps are againat the tail gate that there is a sharp portion of the ramps contacting the tail gate. Is there suppose to have a rounded edge or protection on the sharp edge?

A: Yes, these ramps will be capable of handling an ATV with a weight of 630lbs as the ramps have a combined capacity of 1000-lbs. This leaves available capacity for “wet” weight additions – such as fuel. However, these ramps are quite short and would not be our first recommendation for loading ATVs, particularly with a rider. We would prefer to recommend 40-7820 84” Steel Ramp Pair or 40-7811 85” Single Aluminum Loading Ramp.
