A GREAT LITTLE TRUCK BOX

I am very pleased with this product, a small metal truck box that I secure just inside the tailgate of my pick-up, for ease of access. In this location, I can remove it fairly easily (my own attachment design), especially as, when empty, it is lightweight and easy to manage. I also benefited from a sale price.

A: : o) No! Apparently it only has two small hinges instead. ( as the one answerer had noted ).These are pop riveted on, as are the zinc plated handles on each side.

Q: What kind of hinge/ hinges does it have on the back? Does the lid lift right off? or does it swing open and stay open on its own? Also,...what gauge is the stainless steel? Thanks! :o)
