I bought this same model a few years ago so I know the hardware is fairly good, so when its replacement failed I decided to buy this same model again. But when I tried installing this today I found that the current instructions are very unclear: The instructions really just cover about 1/3 of what you need to do, the rest (what to do with the flapper and the hose) you’re supposed to just somehow know by magic. The missing instructions caused me to spend 100% longer to install it.\ Also, when the instructions talk about hand tightening they mean tighten with a hand tool, it doesn’t mean tighten with your bare hands. If you try tightening the nuts with just your bare hands your toilet will leak.
