Poorly made device

This device has razor sharp edges that are unprotected. Cut a quarter inch deep hole in my finger within seconds of use. Contacted customer support and they advised to return the product to the store and that they will use my feed back to improve their product in the future.

Needed a snake for a clog in our toilet. Worked great, best one I have every used. Have used the long snakes that you have to wind out and back in, this was simple and took no time to get the clog taken care of. Will buy another for our house as we are using this one for the cottage.
