    Not exactly as pictured, they were mostly brass which is probably better for longevity. Work as described and no more leaks.

    Very fast delivery out to Canmore and great communication. One of the faucet cartridges was missing a gasket and spring which was a bummer as I had to salvage another set to complete the install.

    It works well, and the package contains all parts required to fix a leaky cartridge. Make sure the part number is right for your faucet. If not sure, take the old cartridge with you to the store.

    it fit well but did not have the sops needed as the original. works but the hab\ndles crank to far ..i bought another nrand that did not work at all so this was better
