I’d have preferred to pay a bit less, but otherwise this fitting was exactly what I needed. I knew what was required, I looked for it, and I found it. What a happy day. Not as special as the days my children were born, but pretty close. So I guess my life could be better if this is what gets me stoked, but now that my garden hose setup is how I want it there is no need to dwell on those kinds of larger issues. There were other items on that shelf that were out of stock that day, so I hate to imagine life for those like me who might have needed those particular items.Thank you, Canadian Tire, from the bottom of my heart.

A: Good morning Ogdila, Thank you for your question. This product is not to be used with drinking water because of where the product is used, the threads are for garden hose, so used on washing machines and your outdoor hoses." This product is NOT lead free. Best Regards
