Q: Can this work on a water softener to connect a sharkbite hose ?

A: Good morning. This adapter is not to be used with sharkbite, sharkbite is quick connect and this is a hose thread . Only way to use with sharkbite is if one end of the sharkbite hose is a ¾” Female hose connection and other end is quick connect to copper or pex
