Ballcock valve

Thought I’d give this ballcock valve a try. All other toilet fill valves I use are the universal Fluidmaster type. This one, the old ballcock valve was in use since I bought the house 19 years ago. Hope I get near as many years with this new one. I know from experience those universal fluidmasters will only last 3 to 4 years.

Well, I never looked forward to anything like buying this “ Plumbshop Ballcock Adjustable toilet fill valve thingamajig.” I have to admit the words Ballcock, Adjustable and Fill were misleading and not at all what I expected but after my disappoint subsided, I discovered it was handy in fixing my broken toilet. Imagine my surprise.. Let people know. (Especially women.)Merry Christmas….June Schiavoni
