Q: A lift off griddle is great. Does that mean you can swap it out for a grill top too (I.e: more traditional bbq grill)?
3 years agoA: If you want a griddle with a grill underneath (grill grates come with it), then get a Camp Chef FTG 600. I know this because I have been going insane researching all the different types of griddles and going through prices and where to purchase various said griddles. I just want a griddle that is super easy to clean and this one fits the bill and will be picking one up this weekend!!

Q: Hi! Can you use as a cooktop with 3 burners only for pots, or you can only use with a plate?
2 years agoA: It is designed for use with the griddle plate. It has burners similar to a BBQ.

Q: Is there a cover to purchase to put over the griddle??
3 years agoA: I haven’t seen a Pit Boss cover specific for the 3 burner size. They only have one for the 4 burner. You’ll need to find an aftermarket cover similar in size. I had a custom cover made for mine. It cost me about $50 more than the 4 burner cover Pit Boss sells on their site.

3 years agoA: From all the videos that I have watched while researching which one to buy, steel spatulas should not be used. Silicone are much better and recommended by most users.
