A: Hi Steve, Thanks for your question. All of Canadian Tire's exhaust products are legal to use in Ontario. Unfortunately, the supplier does not have decibel ratings since there are many variables that impact the sound of a vehicle's exhaust including: Pipe Size Resonators Number of Catalytic Converters Intake System Headers Engine size Number of Cylinders
