good but it takes a long time to get charged almost 16-18 hours to get full, that is also not a big problem, why don't you write this thing on the product it is making customers fools

Q: How easy it is to replace the battery once it stops holding the charge?

A: I would say difficult, if not impossible. Just had a look at mine and the body appears to be a one piece unit. Even with the shaver head off I could see no way to get inside. So I assume it is disposable at that point. I have had no battery issues after a year of use however, and a charge lasts well over an hour. Plenty of time for what it is designed for. I would have expected some way to replace it as well and perhaps the answer might come from the company itself.

A: It comes with the trimmers you see in the picture Judy. I would say they are probably 1, 2 and 3. That is judging by the fact I used to use a # 2 on my sides at the barber and the middle trimmer seems similar to that. There is no indication on the trimmers themselves that I can see. Perhaps the company website can tell you.

Q: Always been a fan of anything that Philips makes, as the quality is superb! However, I am looking for a trimmer that also does the job on the more sensitive areas such as private part under arm hair. Any idea if this model takes care of these areas too?

A: No problems. This is basically a trimmer and not a full size cutter. Plus no cord to manage. If it is hair, this thing will cut it.

Q: I just bought this item. It works great. Should I charge it right away or wait until it runs out first? How long does it take to fully charge?

A: You should charge it at least 3 hours, for first use. After that, wait until the battery indicator indicates low battery or the groomer starts to run slowly. You can get a quick charge in just 5 minutes, but a full charge is 8 hours. I attached detail directions below. Charging instructions for Philips Groomers You should charge your Philips Male Grooming devices when the charging indicator on the body of your groomer signals low battery. If your device does not have a battery indicator on it, then charge it whenever the groomer is working slower than usual. 1. Insert the charging plug in to you grooming device's charging socket. Make sure the plug's shape matches the socket and is completely inserted. Do not force it in. 2. The charging indicator on your device will start flashing to indicate that the groomer is charging. Once the groomer is fully charged, the charging indicator lights up continuously for approximately 30 minutes and then automatically turns off to save energy. 3. After charging, unplug the charger from the power outlet and the groomer. Your groomer is now ready to use. For most groomers, normal charging time is between 1 to 8 hours. If you are charging your device for the first time, we recommend letting it charge for at least 3 hours. Check your user manual for specific charging instructions of your model.
