Keep your cat happy....or else!

This item is identified as a "refill", but checking my C.T. store, I don't see what it is a refill for. We've used several of these per year just as they are. Nice large surface and when I drop it on the floor, my cat is on it within seconds and scratching for the next 20 minutes. It usually lasts about 2 months. The cat's happy and my furniture isn't shredded.
