A great option for a fishing kayak

This will be the 5th season on the lakes with my Catch 120, and I've got to say I love this kayak. It's extremely comfortable, I can sit in it all day, paddling and fishing without feeling uncomfortable. It has tons of space for storage, fishing rods and equipment. I have spent hundreds of enjoyable hours fishing out of this yak. It's also great for taking camping as it easily carries a ton of weight and gear. A couple issues I have with it: Weight, it is very heavy and if you are taking it any distance on foot, a kayak cart is a must (keep in mind the pelican cart doesn't work well with it.) I also wish it came with a skeg as I find it doesn't track very straight, especially while paddling, however I feel it's not a deal breaker. I added a cheap skeg from another popular online webstore that fixed this issue. Would highly recommend any of the Pelican Catch line of kayaks.

A: HI James, Just bought this kayak and tested it out on the weekend. Very stable and can handle a big load. If you set up the seat well you will be very comfortable. I am 5-10 but I could set the pedals another 6 to 8 inches further away for extending my pedal range if I needed it. I could have had by wife sit in front of the drive system with the space available.
