The boat is very heavy to move and yet only has one handle in the front and one in the back. It would be better to have two handles in each side for easy carrying and maneuvering. The water was choppy and kept coming into the front food area. There should be a drainage plug to remove the water after use. We had to bail it out.

Q: Maximum weight capacity is listing at 110 lbs In a 5 man boat that would equate to each passenger weighing 22 pounds. Has to be a typo ! :) Please advise on maximum overall passenger weight

A: Although I haven't weighed the boat, I'm assuming that 110lbs is its weight. I checked the Pelican Sport site itself, and maximum weight capacity is listed as 775lbs.

Q: Does anyone use it with only one person paddlin? Sometimes only one person at the lake - is it stable and performs normally? of course dog would be a passenger but he dog paddles.

A: I’m 6’ 260lbs The seats fine the problem I have is I can’t really extend my legs.l enough. The seats are adjustable but not enough I prefer to kayak. The family on the other hand loves it. It is very stable and lots of room to pack a lunch and towels. My kids take it out with there friends just to hang out on. Hope that helps !

A: Pas vraiment la partie du centre est une glacière. En plus meme en enlevant le couvercle la le rebord est beaucoup trop épais et en dessous le gouvernail sort un peu plus loin qu l'embarcation.
