The coating crumbled off making a mess. Bone fell apart into to pieces, it made it too small for the dog to chew safely. Threw it out waste of money

not recommended to anyone

the bone i thought was a good idea backfired. it was so dry that my dog nearly died having it. the product shattered in his mouth while eating it and was lodged between throat and teeth. i had to quickly act to avoid injury or chocking . i would not recommend this product to anyone i know and disposedbof it immediately 15 mins after giving it to him

Q: After opening, do I need to keep the bone in fridge? After opening, how long will it last in fridge? It says shelf life is 24 months, is that only before it’s opened?

A: We didn’t refrigerate this after opening. We also live in a colder climate so after a few days/week when it started to have a slight smell (nothing too bad) we just put it outside - didn’t attract any other animals and our dog went through it pretty fast
