Looks sleek and good brand name but ours lasted less than 2 years. It replaced our 20 year old microwave. It started arcing in the magnetron area. We replaced the wave guard with an oem part but arcing problem persisted. Replacement magnetron and the no guarantee that something else hadn’t caused the failure we will be buying a cheaper microwave with the understanding they fail every 2 years. I’d pay more if I knew they were built better or for a better warranty

Start button doesn't work

I have two same nn-st775s Microwave(one failed, bought another one, as it is built in my cabinet, I need one has the same size), both last about 1-2 years, both failed on start button, and #7 button, there is a youtuber which has the same problem, so it is not coincidence, I would not recommend this model for anyone

Q: We've had this microwave for less than a month and the door doesn't close properly, the light stays on, so when you press "start" nothing happens. Can this be fixed ? Or should it be returned?

A: We've had this model for, I don't know, 6 months at least, probably longer, and have had no problems. But a lemon is a lemon, and we may have just been lucky. Rather than bugging other customers to reply, the store should take effective action to solve this problem for the unfortunate customer who experienced it. Now that would be impressive!
