Poor design!

Very disappointed in this product. The orange colouring was coming off when I washed it before use. There isn’t a water trap at the top so it gets full of large ants getting right inside. The underside of the metal top is already rusting. I would not recommend this product at all.

Sounds like there may a defective part with this unit.
We'd suggest you take it back to the store with your original receipt and they'll exchange it for you or give you a refund.
Please note this item does not have a ant trap built in.
You can purchase an any trap separately and hook it on to the top of this feeder if your choose.

birds can't get the liquid.

the liquid doesn't flow into the feeding port. What position is the semicircle gap supposed to be in? Is it supposed to be at the top to allow airflow or at the bottom? or to the side... the Oriole are hungry. Please contact me

Please note that when you have finished filling this feeder and are ready to hang it up you may need to tilt it so the nectar flows to the feeding port. Just tilt it a little bit until you see a small amount of nectar come out of the port. Repeat this for all feeding ports.

This feeder is not made well at all. There are no gaskets to keep metal and plastic sections from leaking. The metal piece cutouts that house the plastic oranges are oversized and leak as well as loose perch.
No, I do not recommend this product.
