Q: We love how this cookie sheet bakes, but is it normal for it to darken and get so ugly looking after baking normally with it. I loved the color of the cookie sheet when it was new, but now it's an eye sore. Still a great pan though. I am just curious why?

A: Without photos it is difficult to tell what falls in the range of normal discolouration, but we can say that our cookie sheet is mainly for household use with normal condition max 230⁰C/ 450⁰F. A higher temperature might affect the coating. Discolouration can also be caused by the fat and food particle buildup overtime on the cooking surface. You can try cleaning the pan with a mixture of warm water, white vinegar and baking soda to lessen discolouration.

Q: I love these baking sheets but I can't clean in the groves what's the best way to do so

A: To clean the Paderno Sheet, we would recommend using a Steel wool pad.
