Worst baking sheet I’ve ever owned

I bought this product recently for macaron baking because it was said to be a professional quality product. I can say honestly that it is the worst quality baking sheet I have ever owned. Macarons are baked at relatively low temperature. I baked mine at 300F with entire sheet filled by macarons - no big empty spots that would be exposed to extra heat. Very shortly after placing this baking sheet into my oven, it bent severely. I’ve never seen anything like it. If this is a professional quality, I do not know what would be considered low quality baking sheet, perhaps the one made of paper?

Q: We love how this cookie sheet bakes, but is it normal for it to darken and get so ugly looking after baking normally with it. I loved the color of the cookie sheet when it was new, but now it's an eye sore. Still a great pan though. I am just curious why?

A: Without photos it is difficult to tell what falls in the range of normal discolouration, but we can say that our cookie sheet is mainly for household use with normal condition max 230⁰C/ 450⁰F. A higher temperature might affect the coating. Discolouration can also be caused by the fat and food particle buildup overtime on the cooking surface. You can try cleaning the pan with a mixture of warm water, white vinegar and baking soda to lessen discolouration.

A: To clean the Paderno Sheet, we would recommend using a Steel wool pad.
