    Don’t hesitate to purchase this knife. It is phenomenal quality, so sharp and has an excellent handle/grip. I purchased the smaller size first and have been using it for two years. I cook all the time, constantly chopping. Great value for the price.

    I have cut myself FOUR times in the 3 weeks since I purchased this knife. I’m 42 years old and have been cooking since my African mother made me learn at age 11. I’ve never reviewed a knife before. Sure a knife should be sharp. But should it be slippery? Because that’s the nature of this knife. The handle is so sleek and knife so big that it becomes dangerous. My mother is coming to visit soon and I’m trying to figure out how to throw away this stupid thing safely because it can kill or maim her. Every couple of days I tell myself this time it will be different, I’ll chop those tomatoes very very slowly. Nope, it doesn’t matter. I cut myself again.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
