I have used these for a year now, on and induction, and it sticks, no matter how low the temp I cook on, I have to use Bar Keepers or stainless steel cleaner to get my pots residue free, I'm not impressed one bit, especially after taking the time to do the research, and getting this set, and not being what I expected,
No, I do not recommend this product.

Stainless steel cookware requires specific techniques to achieve optimal performance. Preheat your cookware on medium-high heat and use the “water droplet test” to ensure it’s ready for cooking. Once preheated, add oil and let it heat briefly until it shimmers. This creates a smoother surface and helps prevent food from sticking. Additionally, ensure your food is at room temperature and fairly dry before cooking.
For cleaning, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your cookware. Let the pan cool before pre-soaking to prevent warping, and use a wooden spoon to remove any stuck-on bits.

A: To be honest, I have been able to store each pan separately with its lid on for easy access. However, you can easily nest the small, medium and large saucepans together, and the steamer fits nicely inside the Dutch over pan. I hope this helps. Do wash them with vinegar, as per the pamphlet instructions. I did get some tiny water marks at first but this no longer happened after a few washes. Also they are light and easy to lift. I really like them! My last set lasted over 30 years.

Q: Why are the pots designed so that the bottom is smaller than the standard-sized element on the stove. Energy is being wasted. And an open portion on the element, not covered by the pot is a safety hazard.
