Q: What is the interior made from? stainless steel? uncoated or coated? if coated, is it non-stick? galvanized/zinc? ceramic? how about the racks/trays? I need to know the specifications in order to make a proper informed decision in buying this. thank you

A: It is a coated metal. The racks and baskets are like the ones in any oven (chromed) and the tray is not non-stick but is quickly becoming seasoned with use. There is a removable drip tray to collect what falls to the bottom. The fan blows the the grease around and it seems to stick to the back and sides, especially around the fan. This is probably the same for all Air Fryer/Toaster ovens. It is a great size and heats quickly and evenly.

Q: Will this take a 12" pizza? How big of a whole chicken will it do?

A: The inside dimensions are 7" high x 12" wide and 12" deep - so yes, a 12" diameter pizza will fit. A small to medium roasting chicken will fit 3-7lb (the same size as a rotisserie chicken).
