Great cup other than it seals way to tight. Extremely difficult to open. Vacuum seems to strong with no way to release it.

Good performance... Hard to clean!

The lid mechanism is too complicated for such a simple job. Too many seals and parts to be cleaned individually. Otherwise the mug performs good. keeps drinks hot or cold for a good period of time, but maintenance is a pain with 3 seals..

Works perfectly

I have had this for 4 months now and it has held up perfectly. I use it nearly everyday, putting it in the dishwasher every night. The paint has held up, it fits nicely under my coffee maker and keeps my coffee warm for at least 6 hours, even in the cold weather. I very much recommend.
