It's just like Le creuset at less than half the price. The colour matches perfectly to the Le creuset we had been collecting. We only wish that the knob on the lid wasn't metal. It's get pretty hot.

Gets hot faster and heat distribution is on point, the colour is beautiful, great price for a 6.5qt. My only concern is that on the first day after cooking I noticed discolourations inside the pot. I felt that was too early to experience such. Other than that no other concern.

Q: Can you cook on high with a gas burner on the stove? It says you shouldn't cook on high but i want to be able to sear in it.

A: You need to sear your meat in a frying pan first high heat will damage this pot.

Q: Can I use this on high heat on ceramic stove top?? I really want to buy this but not sure because I never spent so much money on a cookware.

A: No. We recommend increasing heat gently to avoid damaging the enamel and using a medium heat setting, which will prolong the life of the enamel coating and stop food from sticking to the casserole.
