RUSTED OUT 3 YEARS old spirit grill

The frame , body and base of the grill has rusted so badly that it literally fell apart when I tried to roll it out onto my patio. I have a covered patio and the grill has a Weber grill cover. I have called Weber to try to have it replaced under the warranty and I was told that it has to be reviewed and I will receive an email with the answer. That’s unacceptable, the grill is only 3 years old. I feel that the representative, Sebastian , that was helping me didn’t want to be bothered. I own 6 Weber products and this was the first time I felt pushed to the side.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Warranty parts

It was simple and easy to get the warranty parts. I am so impressed. We were given the grill 8 years ago for a wedding present. Weber let me register the grill and then sent me parts that were still under warranty. So thankful.

Dependable & easy to use! Having my grill connected to the existing natural gas line is convenient & I never have to worry about propane tanks. Cooks very well, heats up quickly and is the perfect size.
