Q: Can I use my portable air pump or do I have to pump manually? I have a portable foot pump/hose and electric style pump as well
4 years agoA: You can use either the built in pump, or a portable pump with this air mattress. There are two different valves for the foot pump and the main valve all air mattresses have. A portable electric pump would certainly be the faster option. But the built in pump is nice for inflating it after a nights use, and works nicely when you don't have another pump available.

Q: I've opened everything and I can't get it to deflate I don't understand, I'm pressing on it and no air escapes. The instructions don't show the right kind of pump so I don't really know what I'm doing wrong.
3 years agoA: Hi Val, To deflate your airbed, simply open the valve completely. The valve has a stopper and a cap to the stopper. Both must be opened.

Q: How many uses before air stays in the bed?
8 years agoA: Air will stay in the bed after one use, however the PVC may stretch based on ambient temperature and as such might need to be topped off with additional air. We suggest filling the mattress, let it sit for 15-20 minutes, top off with additional air and repeat the process one more time.
