Website description inaccurate

Website states that a 1.7L and 1.5L pot are included but it actually comes with a 2.2L and 1.4L pot (which I prefer!). It also states that it comes with a dishcloth which it does not, however it does come with a vented lid that fits both the larger pot and the frying pan. The weight is also stated to be 1.9lbs, but it is actually lighter at 1lb 9oz. Overall I’m very pleased with this set (it replaces a clunky set that I own). It’s super lightweight and compact, and comes with a drawstring bag. Bought it on sale for $34.93+tax (Ontario). Have yet to use it - can’t wait for camping season to arrive!

Was pretty disappointed to see that the lid for the set is plastic - poor design for camping pots

Pretty disappointed that the plastic lid didn’t not come with a. Metal ring for resting the lid on the pots - plastic will melt immediately if used while cooking (especially if over an open flame ) poor design overall

Very Disappointed Indeed

I returned it as when I got it home and opened it up found out it was missing the lid as shown in the picture. I was so looking forward to finally buying this kit as I had been watching and waiting for it to come on sale. When I took it back to the store to exchange it for a complete box as mine was not complete. After going through all 6 boxes with one of the associates at our local store and found they all did not have the lid as shown. She made some calls and by the end of the 2hrs there was told that the kit no longer contains the lid. She said CTC just has not update the picture on the system and Woods has not even updated the packaging. What disappointment having to take it back and walking out empty handed....
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great set, takes up minimal space

Great set for camping, or the rv. It takes up minimal space, and has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is made durable too. Comes with its own storage bag, and everything breaks down and fits into each piece to minimize space.

A: It might be possible but the gripper is a loose grip and relies on your hands grip to hold on loosely.

A: My kit didn't come with a pot lid. I use the pan as a lid it work well.

Q: How do you use the lid and the grip together? If you use the handle - you can't put the lid on top. If so how do you strain the water when the pot is hot and you need to keep the lid on?

A: You don’t. The handle is not for the lid, it is for handling the pot, same as with regular pots and pans. The lid has a pull up tab made of plastic. Pull it up before things get hot if you are worried about heat or use a dish towel. As for straining, that can be tricky. Again use a towel or mit. Or bring a seive/colander/strainer.

Q: Are the two mugs included in the set made of aluminum or plastic? Also, do all pieces stack together?

A: Material is PP (top) and aluminium (bottom), and the two cups can stack together.
