Q: Is the floor swivel part supposed to vibrate and make noise? It's doing this on my carpet and wood flooring
3 years agoA: Yes, The rotation of the swivel part will always make a noise and vibrate because of the speed of the rotation. On wood flooring I do NOT use the swivel part, I just use the vacuum part. If you use the swivel part you are scraping your floor and the particles on the floor are flying every where. Just use the vacuum only. The swivel part is for carpets/heavier rugs.
