Bad design

Poor design is the problem. The feeder device is extremely difficult to use, and the tool provided crushes the vegetables rather than feeding them through the cutter. The device is only suitable for hard vegetables like carrots and cucumbers. For example, I’ve spent fifteen minutes creating a quarter cup of zucchini out of three zucchinis. I would estimate that half of each zucchini ended up unsuitable for use in anything else. It was purchased on clearance, so I will be throwing it away and purchasing a hand spiralizer. The machine takes far more effort than a manual system. It came with some decent recipes. It’s a pity I can’t make them

A: The motor is 60W. Yes it’s perfect for hard vegetable like sweet potato, parsnip, beet and turnip. Attached is the table of the recommended vegetables.
