Q: Please give the diameter of the lid in mm in the description. "Standard" or "Wide Mouth" isn't helpful enough because there are several brands of jars, each with their own "standard." NO ONE cares about the dimensions of the box.

A: there are two kinds of canning jars, a wide mouth version 80mm and a small mouth version (regular or standard). Any canning jar you buy will be either of these. A long while back they made another size mouth (78mm) and some people still have these old jars so they do make the lids. But any new jars will be wide mouth or standard
